Bavarian revelry, food, drink and live music returns to The Village at Squaw Valley USA's 6th annual Oktoberfest celebration from 2 - 6 PM. Joe Smiell and his 20-piece Bavarian Band will play classic favorites, while the Dancers perform time-honored, traditional dance. German DJ Marshall Herman will round out the afternoon's musical lineup with more music and games. All entertainment at the event is free. Spaten Premium lager, Spaten Oktoberfest, Radeberger Pilsner, Franziskaner and will be served during the event. Guests must be 21 years or older with valid ID to consume alcohol.
Celebrate Halloween at The Village. Enjoy a week of scary fun for the whole family. Are you brave enough to make it through our haunted house in one piece? Or participate in the Doggie Costume contest, the Burger for Blood drive, or on of the Halloween parties.

Squaw Valley joins other North Lake Tahoe resorts for this regional Learn to Ski & Ride weekend. First time skiers and snowboarders are eligible for $25 beginner packages all weekend, space permitting.

Thre Freakers Ball is being held in the 14,000 sq. ft. Convention Center as well as Blu Nightclub. Drink specials all night and morning long, live band and costume contest with over $10,000.00 in cash and prizes, with celebrity judge, boxing champion "Joey Gilbert".
